Booking

When you book directly with us or via our website, a booking confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail to the address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility as a guest to check that the booking details are correct and, in the event of errors, to contact us as soon as possible for correction.

Payment / Cancellation / Changes

You will be presented with payment options in the final step of the online booking process on our website. You can choose to pay by Swish (Swedish direct payment, currency conversion apply.), Bank transfer or at arrival (Swish or Cash). If you select to pay via Swish or Bank transfer, we’ll keep your dates reserved giving you a resonable amount of time to make your payment. When we have received your payment, we confirm your booking and send you a confirmation email.
Free cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded free of charge to the original payment method.
You can reschedule your stay any time free of charge depending on availability.
Changes or cancellations of your reservation should be made as soon as possible by phone or email.

Check-in & Check-out

We accept flexible check-in by prior arrangement. Please let us know your arrival time to make your check-in as smooth as possible.
Check-out is before 10 am on the day of departure, or by prior arrangement.
The guest is responsible for ensuring that the house is thoroughly cleaned before check-out (surfaces vacuumed, dishes taken care of, garbage and recycling sorted and placed in designated containers according to instructions).

Responsibility & Damage to property

The guest or the person responsible for paying for the accommodation is liable for any damage to equipment or premises caused by irresponsible behavior.

All rooms are completely non-smoking. If the guest smokes in any indoor space, € 500 will be charged for sanitation costs.

Private Languedoc Rental is not responsible for any personal items stored in the rooms or premises of the accommodation.

The guest is responsible for making sure no activities in the accommodation disturbs neighbors or adjacent homes.

Right to refuse accommodation

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation in special cases. Damaging misbehavior or inability to make full payment for the reservation may be grounds for our decision to refuse accommodation in whole or in part.

Force Majeure

In the event that the booked stay cannot be carried out due to an obstacle beyond the control of the guest or Private Languedoc Rental, which could not reasonably have been anticipated when the booking was made and the consequences of which the parties could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, Private Languedoc Rental is free from liability for damages or other penalties.
